LGK-M cutting machine control board adopts full-digital design and high integrated circuits, and its panel is the main control board. It is easy to be installed, and has high reliability. The main control board tests the arc starting current and welding current (can be adjusted), and the switch time is accurate, and the current will increase slowly after successful arc starting and will not damage the electrode. It uses high-frequency and non-contact arc starting mode, it can cut boards of various materials, and it applies to high-power and dual-core hard-switching and soft-switching main circuits.

Characteristics:

1. Parameters are adjusted through an encoder;

2. It has 2T and 4T functions.

3. Gas test: a little gas will escape after pressing the button, and one second later, a lot of gas will escape; and the two air valves can be subject to such test.

5. The function of setting: the machine types, Hall types and mode parameters can be set. All settings can be saved and will not be lost in case of power failure.

6. The model of board (model of machine), Hall type, gas pre-flow and post-flow time, small arc current, slow increasing time of current, ratio of perforated current and perforation time can be set as needed.
