Product Introduction:

LGK-II control board is a new generation of digital control board developed for high-performance plasma cutting machine. Its peripheral circuit is isolated to improve the stability of the machine. It applies to 60A-200A cutting machine.

Characteristics:

1. Based on the mature main circuit, the ordinary inverter LGK can be upgraded easily.

2. It has full-digital control system, high integration level and low failure rate. Thus, it can be upgraded where needed.

3. The current of small arc can be controlled, the current value can be adjusted, and it has high success rate of arc starting, and the current will increase slowly after successful arc starting and will not damage the electrode.

4. It's applicable to soft-switching and hard-switching LGK series welding machine.

5. The panel serves as the main control board to simplify wiring to the greatest extent.

6. Set parameters as needed: the model of board (the model of machine), Hall type, gas pre-flow and post-flow time, small arc current, slow increasing time, ratio of perforated current, perforation time, etc.

7. It can be equipped with special interface.
