1. Robot analog interface board is the matching board of the series gas shielded welding control board, which works as an interface board between the welding power supply and robot control cabinet to achieve fully automatic welding. The current, voltage, jog wire feeding, welding torch switch and gas test of NB series welding machines can be controlled with this interface board, and the functions of wire feeding and retreating also can be guaranteed. It also transfer current, voltage and arc starting signal to the robot control cabinet so as to control the welding.
2. Robot digital interface board is the intermediate board for the robot and welding machine communication board. For the communication between the robot and the digital welding machine, the board will convert the DEVICENET protocol of the robot into a six-core wire interface of general-purpose welding machine and into RS232 protocol. The current, voltage, wire feeding through inching, welding torch switch and gas test of welding machine can be controlled with the six-wire interface.
The board codes the DEVICENET slave station address and communication baud rate with DIP switch, and makes itself under the DEVICENET slave station status. It receives data of current, voltage, welding torch, inching and gas test from the master station, and use the data to control the current, voltage, welding torch, inching and gas inspection through CN6 port. The data sent to the master station includes the data of the current Hall sensor and the voltage Hall sensor. The board will send the data to the master station after it receives the data from master station. The status indicator can display the communication status of DEVICENET.
