Product Introduction:

The complete control board of NBM multi-function welding machine control board is developed by optimizing and integrating existing control boards of various models of welding machines. The main control board adopts the ARM + MCU structure and full-digital control, and the circuit structure is simple, reliable and highly expandable. The peripheral circuits are totally isolated for better stability of the welding machine. The system wiring is simple and applicable to soft-switching circuits. The upgrade into multi-function welding machines only involves slight changes to traditional inverter NBC machines.

Characteristics:

1. Multiple functions: pulse MIG, CO2 MIG, constant current argon-arc welding, pulsed argon-arc welding and MMA.

2. Supports welding of workpieces made of carbon steel, Al-Si, Al-Mg, stainless steel, copper and other materials with a wire diameter of 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 or 1.6.

3. Digital control with presetting parameter makes the preset of welding current, welding voltage, welding consumables, wire diameter, etc. available.

4. A total of 10 sets of welding specifications can be saved for ease of calling.

5. Mature soft-switching main circuits ensure the reliability of welding machines.

6. Welding methods: 2T, 4T and S4T.
