Digital inverter submerged arc welding control board adopts digital mode to control the operation of the welding machine, and adopts digital display to intuitively display the values of current, voltage and arc force. Besides, it can display wrong code, and promptly reflect the welding machine failure, so that the users can find the failure point quickly and spare no time for debugging. The board can also receive external signal for function expansion.
The tractor panel is mainly used to control the operating and display condition of the tractor, such as test running, manual wire feeding, welding start, welding stop and parameter displaying. All functions of the panel are controlled by a STM single chip and such panel has the function of parameter save, eliminating the need for repeatedly adjusting the parameters and making the control and display of the tractor more user-friendly. The 485 communication not only works reliably, but also greatly reduces the cost of communication cable.
1. The peripheral circuits are totally isolated, enhancing the stability of the welding machine.
2. The power supply types and the settings of arc starting current and arc force current can be changed from the main control board.
3. The main control board can be connected with 2 soft-switching driver boards simultaneously.
4. The tractor has such functions as single and double key start, wire diameter selection, feeding back time setting, slow wire feeding speed and top wire protection voltage.
