The litz wire uses super pure copper strands(0.1mm diameter) to twist together. Temperature resistance at 155C to 180C. Each individual strand insulated voltage could up to 1kv. The temperature resistance even could up to 250C as per customized requirement.Withstandard voltage up to 4kv. With smaller resistance and lower heating, Litz wire is also designed to solve the skin effect problem. It applicable to frequency is from 15khz-300khz.
